First, let me say how this trip exceeded my expectations in just about every way possible. Chicago Basin is the most glorious place I've yet been in Colorado, and I got to enjoy it with a great group of people. These facts coupled with the views we got of other siren peaks in the area have me questioning whether the Sangre de Cristos are my favorite range or not. On to the report!
