If you had to choose between the Halo Diamond Engagement Ring (a round, oval or cushion-cut diamond encircled by a "halo" of micro pave diamonds) or a traditional Solitaire Diamond Ring, which would you select?

I wanted a simple, classic solitaire, not round. Hubby picked out an oval. I've always been happy with it--33 years now. I can add stack type rings on either side and I've had 2 different types of wrap rings that wrap around my diamond to give it a different look. Most of the time I wear it just as it is, and between 2 plain bands--one is my wedding ring and one was my first anniversary gift. I''ve found it to be very versatile, and I don't have to worry about losing any pave diamonds.
