What's for dinner?
My partner and I really did not "do" Christmas and the baby is too young to know different (and not in solids, but in any case) so we decided to go retro with our menu. . . Shrimp cocktail (shrimp and avocado) Steak & Chips (with mushrooms, onions and other classics!) Mince Pies and Brandy cream (as festive as we get!)
We make no Christmas dinner, or my parents cook, we were on Christmas night and pig out lol Starter: Resurgence of vegetable soup or shrimp cocktail reception: Potatoes (cooked and mashed) Turkey Stuffing Lil sausages wrapped in bacon, cheese cauliflower Desert: Cheese Flan Trifle Christmas Pudding My water mouth, youve got me all excited about our Christmas dinner now lol. My parents are gone together at Christmas, its great.
