It is a silver OK for a nose stud piercing a month old?

I pierced my nose a month ago tomorrow and had the original stainless steel since the amount by drilling. It is good that no infection and appears to have healed very well. I'm not crazy about the axis I have with the drill because it is a standard pink and I wanted to have a beautiful light and bright little diamond here. I bought one before I knew it was assumed that the use of money in a new piercing .. My question is: Is it OK now, after a month of use finally money very purchased before? It is treated by what I say ... no infection, discharge or something .. Anyone have personal expierence with this good or bad?
