Can I take raw garnets and glass falling into a rock? I want to turn it into jewelry!?
Raw garnets I look like this: Some http://www.geology.neab.net/pictures/rock309.jpg are the size of peas, and some are the size of half dollars. Will be placed in the stone, glass polished Billets away and leave fast garnet? I've never done this before and I will not buy a cup of rock if it is to polish all the way down to a jewel without issue. Any advice? I take the polished stones and a set of jewelry, like rings and earrings and necklaces, etc.
I'm not sure what you mean by "soft". A glass stone polishing their stones, but not get rid of lumps and bumps on the surface. You need to cut resemble those you see in stores. So, in other words, their garnets have the same basic shape, but it will be brilliant. So no, a glass of rock is not what you want.
