Ok ladies u know when u go to a mall and sold like the rings of $ 20 or less for a ring zircon silver ring and are so beautiful (to me) lols .. anyway and when I see TV jewelers sell "real gems, like rubies, emeralds and topaz blue are similar to those seen in the mall that zirconia labeled "cubic", except those sold Television, like in 14k or 18k gold and size of your ring, if desired. So my question is what is a zirconia "cube? As what has been done? And what does a zirconia "cube", so different from a "geniune gemstones" such as ruby, sapphire, citrine, Topaz? I disagree strongly with the answers. A CZ is not a diamond. It is the chemical composition, Atomic structure, makeup. etc. is completely different. A diamond has a hardness on the Mohs scale is 10. while CZ is 8.5. CZ does not reflect the same as the diamond. They have a much more dispersed. Also scratch much more easily.
