Heart Shaped Diamond

I want to ask my girlfriend to marry me. I know she likes heart shaped diamond, but I don't know where to go?

I've been to several stores, and have heard everything from "They only come in 2+ carat size" to "There's no such thing". I've seen that they do exist, I'm just having a hard time trying to find one for my budget. I'm trying to stay around the $1000 price, because I don't want to take out a loan for an engagement ring.

Get the best ring you can. Chances are she will have it for 20 years or so. Spending $1000 to $2000 on a ring is not that bad considering your lifetime together. This may sound tacky but try a pawn shop.
