Need advice seeking an engagement ring?
My boyfriend and I are in the process of choosing an engagement ring. We found a beautiful diamond, which is a little over a carat. My confusion comes from choosing to comply. The first is a classic six-pointed gold White solitary setting. I like the simplicity, the fact that it is in our budget, which is classic and can go with a number of rings marriage. The other is completely different. This is a band of platinum with 18K yellow shift to gold as the center stone and two side diamonds (which are shaped like a pear). There is also a teeny diamond on both sides of the work of displacement that can be viewed from the side, do not look down on the ring. Perhaps the Victorian or Art Deco, I do not know, is certainly one ring and seems very attractive, although I'm usually more than just a jewelry person. It's more than I had expected to spend, but it is an incredible deal. And we can run. Ideas?
