My husband and I seperated, can I get my wedding and engagement ring back?
I refuse to get a divorce with my husband. I left him and forgot to get my rings before I left, foolish on my part. He now has them and will not give them back to me. He obviously bought them, but I want to keep them for memories. Do I stand a chance at getting them back, and how do I go about pursuing about getting them back? I have no money, so I cannot afford a lawyer or court fees. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you all in advance.
well you did get married and you are currently married so....idk it seems logical. He probably wants you back, doesn't want you to sell them, or he wants to sell the rings.
All you could do is contact the police and talk to them. Tell them you've moved and would like an escort because there is still property in the home.
