Should I kick my maid of honor out of my wedding?

Im getting married in less than a month and my best friend of 20 years didnt tell me, that she is getting married right before me. I found out from someone else. I have been planning my wedding for the past month or two and she mentioned her piece of crap boyfriend asking his mom to help buy her a ring about a week ago. Thats it! Next thing I know, I am getting an email from a friend of hers at work (that i dont even know) asking me if I can help her plan my best friends bridal shower. When Im not even getting one, because she "doesnt know how to". It was like pulling hens teeth getting her to help send out invitations. She doesnt help me at all and doesnt even offer. What should I do? She is my best friend, but this really takes the cake! Why would your maid of honor plan to get married the same month as the bride, knowing before hand?

She got some nerve!!! ye are supposed to be best mates and every girl knows how important the big day is to the bride, If i were in your shoes id so tell her where to go..
Im mean she was supposed to be there to help you with everything and yet she went along and got sum stranger to email you about her so called wedding..some best friend that is. She obiviously is jealous of the fact that you were having your big day before her you dont need that kinda hassle, get rid of her and just focus on wat really matters ...you!!
