I swallowed metal suction tongue ring. What should I Do?

It is about the size of an eraser end of a pencil. I was just lying down and trying to get it stuck on and then it fell down my throat and I tried not letting it go down but i had to. So what should I do? It kinda feels like it is stuck in my throat, but I swallowed it last night and it still feels like it. It doesnt hurt or anything, and when i eat and breathe it is fine, but when i swallow it feels like something is there. What should i do? Please leave answers, I am kinda freaked out.
I dont know if it could still be there i mean when i eat wouldnt it fall down if it was still there?

It doesn't sound like it's actually caught in your throat. You're probably just so freaked . However, if it's really bothering you go to urgent care . They will at least have a look and maybe an X ray.
