Easiest way to make simple rings with sea glass stone as center?
I'm a beginner but quick learner. I have nice pieces of sea glass I want to put onto sterling silver rings. If I glue them I am afraid they will fall off, but I am not sure how to use wire to wrap them. I need to know a few things: 1. Best place to find simple Sterling Silver Ring findings with a spot for sea glass stone 2. How to get stone to stay on ring and exactly what I need (wire gauge, etc) to do it 3. tools that are absolutely necessary. I plan to make these as Christmas presents, and will make the same ring in bulk. Thanks in advance for your help!
A "birdnest" style is pretty simple and would probably look pretty good with sea glass. Here's a tutorial I found by searching "wire wrapped ring tutorial". If you don't like it, there are probably others. Good luck
