What is the normal weight or weight range (in grams) of a 14k Gold Wedding Ring?

I've been searching for some affordable wedding bands online. I found a his and hers set for a good price, but don't know if they are too thin/light. The rings are 6mm and 4mm wide and 10 grams for both.

I have a 14K necklace and it's not that heavy. I mean you'll feel it. but you'll get used to it
