How do the stars manage to wear all these revealing dresses with no bras? Is there a tape they use?

If so I would like to know.I purchase this halter type shirt, I am big busted and you cant wear a bra with this shirt...it has a "O Ring" i the middle...so a strapless bra will not work either. Is there a way to "tape your breasts" to make them look perkier? Please explain and guide me to a website that has how to..pictures. Thanks:)

Yes, they use tape. they used to use carpet tape, but now they have a hypo allergic tape that is also has double sided stickiness.

They also do bra cups that stick to your breasts.
