Babies teething?

My boyfriends baby girl is teething, they have tried ice, teething rings, frozen and non, oral jell, wet rags, any one have any Idea, she cries mostly at night day is good, anyone any thing?

So far with my daughter teething Tylenol has worked, when it gets worse I was told to use infant Motrin - a friend of mine said it worked great for her daughter when she was teething and couldn't sleep. Check with the pediatrician on the dosage.
