What can I do to resize a ring from a 6 to a 3 for a women's ring?

I have looked into Ring Size Reducers but it seems to only bring it one size down, and I have also looked into Ring Guard but I would like to know if you can adjust it to a size 3. Has anyone tired this? I can't have the ring re size since it has diamonds on both sides of the ring.
Does anyone know of a good jeweler in nyc? Where would they sell "sizing balls"?
