Toes won't stop bleeding after cut?

I dropped a knife on them when the phone rang, it startled me, and it only sliced chunks of skin of the top of my pinky toe and the toe next to it. I've been wiping them off, but the blood keeps gushing out! about 2 big drops pour out immediately after soaking it with a paper towel. It's been doing this for about 10 minutes now, and not clotting! I've tried to put bandaids on, but there all soaked through. What should I do? Please help and Thanks in advance.
Gauze might help!

Elevate your foot above the level of your heart. Apply firm pressure over the cuts for several minutes using sterile non stick gauze if you have it, When the bleeding stops, put an ice pack over the cuts and keep your foot elevated for a good half hour with the ice pack on. If you have help, send them to buy some butterfly bandages which you can use to keep the wound edges closed. Also buy some sterile 0.9% saline to use as a cleanser, and a tube of triple antibiotic. Apply the antibiotic after flushing with saline and allowing the skin to dry, and apply the bandages. If the bleeding persists, see a doctor.
