Will the bell of a train crossing signal ring if it is hit with a long stick?
Just curious, I know one way of knowing is to actually try it, but that would probably just create to much of a scene and might not be legal. So yes the round disc on the top of a crossing signal if hit with a long stick (assuming no one is that tall) will it cause it to ring?
It's depends on what type it is
Most these days are magnetic---it will not ring
