Sterling Silver Aquamarine

I have a Sterling Silver Ring (band) with clear Swarovski crystals and aquamarine around. How can I clean it?

The clear crystals appear blackening. But do not look a thing like surface. It appears that turns black inside. Could regular exposure to water is the cause? (I never drink the ring and even taking a bath)

soak in hot soapy water (washing with liquid soap) - Leave for half an hour and then get a toothbrush and rub gently up and down to change the dirt. Rinse with warm water and is like new. Everything you need, is an occasional cleaning ..... not bad in the ring is a simple accumulation of dirt.
