Sterling Silver Opal
Sterling Silver Opal

Cleaning a silver necklace?
I have a silver necklace with small opal in the center, just buy a few weeks. I made a solution in contact with him was the guy who is super acidic, while I was sleeping and when I woke up my neck was severely tarnished and black. It's very dirty. How do I clean without damaging the opal, but still completely clean and return the original luster.
Well with a solution of acid spilled is not known very well, as it was black. But mine usually cleaned with a toothbrush, water and baking soda. It is left looking brand new. Just wet the toothbrush with water present in DIP rather baking soda (put a little baking soda in a paper towel) and brush gently. Because sterling silver is not to please but be sure to rinse thoroughly dry. If necessary, use a blow dryer, but do not let moisture. You can do it or go to the center Name. Many people do not know, but you can go into any jewelry store in the mall (great as Zales) and ask them to clean your jewelry like a ring. There must be purchased here to do. Hope this helps!
