Linen swatches?
I'm starting out as a wedding planner and i've seen a few other planners that have their linen swatches put onto a silver ring...almost looks like a key ring. Does anyone know what i'm talking about? If so, do you know if you can buy them ready made? They have like just a small piece of the fabric maybe 2 in. wide.
I've tried to collect the swatches on my own but there are so many and it takes so much time to request them online I'd really like something to make transporting the swatches with me from meeting to meeting and showing my clients an actual piece of the fabric
You generally get the material swatches from your suppliers. When you talk to them tell them your business and ask for a sample of all swatches so you have them all.
As for the rings, if the suppliers don't put them together for you you could get a eyelet punch from a craft store and make the ring yourself. They are cheap and quick to use. You would only have to do it once and then all the rings would be organised.
