Soo, I'm going to the fair with a group of friends. I'm 5'4''(short haha) skin, white, brown eyes, long hair w / side bangs / fringe. My hair is wavy / curly-ish. Costume Cute is what his / beautiful? What would you change (if applicable)? That sounds adorable! (: The only thing I would change is perhaps straighten your hair instead of wavy / curly, I think it would be better?. Other than that, sounds great. For makeup, I only use eyeliner I and a little brown burrs. As a kind of smoky eye. And some light pink / pink blush. Lip gloss and mascara, though sure. Enjoy! : D
