Why not HBO or TBS bought the rights to Whose Line is it Anyway and revive the series.?
The main reason that line reduced in the notes and was canceled because he had to temper the mood of the ABC censors. In a chain like HBO or TBS, the show could thrive. Drew Carey could be the host again. Itwouldnt be the first time, he worked in two programs at once.
The reason the show was canceled because the program was not the real issues and competition from a game show. This is according to Wikipedia.
